Gendreauj
Have played the trumpet/cornet for six years. My oldest daughter plays piano. Have owned more vintage instruments than I can remember. Currently owe a 1980's Yamaha 431 t silver plated trumpet with a 1st slide trigger and a 3rd fixed ring. My other instrument is 1970's Getzen Capri silver plated cornet with 1st slide trigger and 3rd slide adjustable rod. Really like the fixed valve guide on the Getzen cornet and the rich sound. Though I can live with the 3rd slide adjustable rod, would prefer a fixed ring. Do like the silver plated finish on both of the instruments. Having just bought the 431 t trumpet, to soon to tell, I am still getting used to it.
