Gendreauj Posted July 24, 2019 Share Posted July 24, 2019 Currently have a Getzen Capri 590 cornet and recently sold a Getzen Capri 590 trumpet. Both had 1st slide trigger and a 3rd slide adjustable ring. Couldn't change the 1st slide trigger to a thumb saddle or 3rd slide adjustable ring to a fixed ring. Sold the trumpet and kept the cornet. Previously had a Getzen 390 trumpet and Getzen 490 trumpet. Looking at upgrading to a Getzen 700 II trumpet or a Getzen 700 Special. Know that the 700 II is an intermediate trumpet and the 700 special is not. What is the difference in sound or build quality. Do like the sound and quality of the Getzen horns.
